Returns & Exchanges

At AQUATICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
